Comments (0) A few posts back, I mentioned that we’d had some mold in our bathroom which would not go away. A health inspector did a visual inspection, said he felt there was not much to be concerned with, health-wise. Good since it’s (hopefully) non-health-threatening. Bad since it’ll make the building less likely to repair existing damage.

Yep, George Dubyah’s still at it. In the same news conference that he states they’ve killed (martyrized) an Al-Qaeda leader but that things will continue on pretty much the same. So which is it George? Have you dealt a blow to Al-Qaeda, or has nothing changed? If the violence continues on just as it has, have you actually accomplished anything with this man’s death?
The federal budget passed today without opposition – and nobody noticed until afterwards. It was apparently a mix up due to the order of speakers and everyone was waiting on someone who was not there. Likely the budget would have passed anyways, since the Bloc had intended to back the Conservative minority on the issue rather than send the voters back to the polls so soon.
Such a great example of how well these politicians earn our tax dollars, eh?
